Honestly, I haven't yet watch its anime. I only watch the live action. The live action has sad ending, though. Satoru died cuz he's stabbed in the neck by Yashiro TT_TT
Like most of Erased fans, I'm also not satisfied cuz Kayo ended up with another guy. I really hope that she married Satoru. Huhuhu... we should blame Yashiro for drowning Satoru and cause him to be in coma for 18 years. If he didn't drown, maybe he has married Kayo TT_TT
